01. Products and Services
HSO sells software licenses, SaaS platform subscriptions, consulting, configuration, customization services, and any other digital service described on the Site. The features, prices, and specific conditions of each product or service are set forth on the corresponding purchase page and form a binding part of these Sale Terms.
02. Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Taxes will be itemized during checkout.
Payments are processed through third‑party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). The Customer must provide accurate and complete billing information. HSO does not store full credit card details.
By completing the payment, the Customer authorizes HSO to charge the corresponding amount, including, where applicable, automatic renewals pursuant to Section 5.
03. Taxes
The Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and levies that may apply in their jurisdiction in connection with the purchase. If HSO is required to collect taxes, they will be added to the total price and reflected on the invoice.
04. Invoicing
An electronic invoice will be issued upon payment confirmation. The Customer must keep a copy of each invoice for their records. Any billing errors must be reported within a maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt.
05. Subscriptions and Renewals
Subscription services automatically renew for the same period unless the Customer cancels before the renewal date.
HSO will notify the Customer by email at least 15 days before the renewal, indicating the amount and the charge date.
The Customer may cancel the automatic renewal at any time from their account or by contacting contact@hsotechnology.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period and will not entitle the Customer to a partial refund for the current period, except as provided in the Refund Policy.
06. Delivery and Access
Digital products (software, licenses, SaaS access) are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation by enabling the Customer’s account or providing a download link. Consulting or development services will be provided according to the schedule agreed in the respective proposal.
07. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by HSO Technology’s Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference. In summary: you have 14 calendar days to request a refund for standard paid services, with exceptions for customized products.
08. Intellectual Property
The purchase of a product or service does not transfer any intellectual property rights in HSO’s software, code, content, or trademarks, except for the limited license of use expressly granted in the General Terms and Conditions.
09. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HSO’s liability to the Customer for any claim arising from a purchase shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service or product subject to the claim during the preceding twelve months. This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Modifications to the Sale Terms
HSO reserves the right to modify these Sale Terms at any time. Modifications will be posted on this page and will take effect for new purchases upon publication. For ongoing subscriptions, changes will take effect after renewal upon prior notice.
